Privacy notice

How inquiry information is handled.

Effective 14 August 2026. This notice covers the public QIZHOU POWER website and information voluntarily sent to its public inquiry mailbox.

01

Who is responsible

Jinan Qizhou Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. operates the QIZHOU POWER market interface and is the primary organisation responsible for personal information received through this website. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to info@qizhoupower.com.

02

What we may receive

If you email us, we may receive your name, business contact details, company and role, country or project location, message content and any files you choose to attach. The public website itself does not provide an inquiry form and does not collect this information automatically.

03

Why we use it

We use the minimum information needed to receive and respond to an inquiry, understand the requested project or equipment context, determine an appropriate contact, protect our systems and records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the jurisdiction and circumstances, this processing is based on steps requested before a possible engagement, legitimate business interests, consent where required, or a legal obligation.

04

Who may receive it

Access to website-form and mailbox inquiries is limited by default to the business owner. Website-form submissions are stored by our website hosting and database provider so the owner can review them in a protected inbox. Relevant extracts may be shared with authorised personnel of Shandong Junminghe Engineering Design Co., Ltd. when engineering input is needed, and with email, hosting, security or professional service providers that support the communication. We do not sell inquiry information and do not use it for automated decision-making.

05

International processing

QIZHOU POWER and the named operating companies are based in China. Information sent from another country will therefore be processed in China and may be routed to a relevant authorised recipient there. Before sending information, consider whether your organisation permits that transfer and avoid sending restricted or sensitive material by ordinary email.

06

How long we keep it

Closed or unqualified inquiries are deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last substantive exchange. Active discussions are reviewed at least every 12 months and retained only while reasonably needed. If an inquiry leads to a contract, payment, dispute or legal obligation, the relevant records may be kept for the period required by the applicable contract or law.

07

Your choices and rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Send requests to info@qizhoupower.com; identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or deleted.

08

Security and sensitive files

Ordinary email is not a secure document exchange, regardless of mailbox access controls. Do not send passports, payment-card data, health data, source credentials, classified information, export-controlled material or confidential engineering files until a suitable channel and disclosure basis have been agreed.

09

Website technologies and updates

The current public release uses no analytics or advertising technology. See the Cookie Notice for the necessary preference used by the notice banner. We may update this notice when the website, service providers or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
